Tico Advisory Group was founded in 2024 by Cam Kenyon with a simple but powerful mission: to help organizations strengthen their leadership, sharpen their operations, and achieve lasting excellence. Drawing on a unique blend of real-world executive experience and deep strategic insight, Cam created Tico Advisory Group to be a trusted partner for companies ready to grow, adapt, and lead with purpose.

Cam brings over 15 years of C-level leadership in airline operations, product management, and technology. Before his career in the airline industry, he practiced business law in Denver and served for eight years as a U.S. Navy pilot—experiences that shaped his practical, mission-driven approach to leadership and problem-solving.

Cam holds a BS from the U.S. Naval Academy, an MA from American University, and a JD from the University of Colorado
